Went there to look for a new car for a family member and the price advertised on Auto Trader was very competitive. When i got there, the lot was clean, fenced, the burgandy painted office is located on south end of lot. I was greeted by Leon, he was very friendly and i loved the low/no pressure style. Since I was pressed for time due to work appt, he was very accommodating. And let me inspect by myself, no test drive, the car was promising, but wanted my wife to look at it and test drive before deciding. We scheduled for 2 days later on a Sat. Apparently, someone else came in Sat, wanted to look and possibly buy the car. Since we already scheduled it and he kept his promise and gave us first right to buy. I really appreciated that gesture. That's missing now a days, esp in the a society that ghosts or not honoring your word, because they didnt 'feel like it'. We got there, test drove the car and purchased it. They have financing available there via local bank and credit union, like Whatcom Education Credit Union WECC which are very nice as well. Also, we ended up getting the extended warranty 3yr/36k miles at any accredited ASE places. I know this is debatable, but it wasn't bad, roughly $100/mo of you break it down. But how much is a tranny worth to repair, $4k? Since this car was AWD, why not. We missed some items signing, but we easily updated it virtually ie sign, scan & email. Leon was very friendly like a cool uncle, Mike is nice, matter of fact which i liked. Since it was at 107k, took it to my mechanic at Seattle Transmission to inspect and get any service done. As figured, none of the 100k major service was done, which was expected. Most owners wouldn't put in $1k of major maint if they were going to sell the car. Car still going strong. If i had to get a car again, I'd go back to them.
