Great place to buy an auto very friendly my credit was really bad I was turned down by everyone my previous vehicles transmision gave out on me a day prior and was quoted 8 grand to fix it so i had no choice but to buy a new vehicle every other place i went to i was only shown high milage vehicles that were not what someone with bad credit needs they worked harder then anyone to find something that was low mileage and a great deal I was very pleased to get a car that will last me a long time while I rebuild my credit this will 100 percent be the first place I go when I need my next car and I believe everyone looking for a vehicle should give them a try there good guys thank you very much for all your help

I came in a week ago for a new car It was pretty nerve racking I finally found the car I was looking for and talking to a few people but the one that stood out the most to me was kayelyn very kind and helpful with what I wasn't understanding really helped me not give up on the car haven't had any issue and just wanted to pass the word along to those looking at a vehicle from excellent they truly have some excellent staff.

My wife and I had a few question about a vehicle we where looking at & Kayelyn was able to help & answer the questions we had. She was great, nice with a great personality, highly recommend go see her she is AWESOME.

First off I'm a sales manager myself and this was a great no pressure, no gimmicks total honest experience. Me and my husband were looking to trade in my 2 older cars to get a new one as I'm 8 months pregnant. We pulled up and were kindly greeted by Grady. Who actually waited till we approached him. So that made me happy I didn't get chased down in the parking lot. I knew what I wanted and went to look at the 4runner. Grady was kind to go over any questions but didn't over sell us. I ended up selecting this car. Bobby was great in working a day and half to get the right Financials all set for me. I had great follow up from Kaelin (spelling) she is very sweet and made sure I had a great experience and if I needed anything to reach out. Overall no complaints, would buy from them again.

Bobby was very personable and polite. Unfortunately, the 4Runner that I was looking to buy had a lot of problems that needed to be fixed, about $8,000 - $9,000 and the price of the vehicle was set at $18,888. Edit: looks like the price of that 4Runner was recently changed from $18,888 to $19,500 be careful out here

It is so hilariously obvious that every single one of these 5 star reviews are completely fake, bogus, BS reviews obviously written in house by those who get paid by this place. I went with a friend to this, "Excellent Auto Sales" place in Marysville and right away we we're approached by a guy who was obviously in a rush to just get a sale any way he could. They basically disregarded my friends requested requirements as far as vehicle choices, budget, payment limits, and all around personal desires. She was hustled and pressured into signing a deal for this vehicle that when all said n done has absolutely zero chance to end in any sort of good standing or credit. Considering that after finally being able to read more into the deal like she had tried to before being coned into signing, she read on to her horror reading that her monthly payment would be in alev excess of $900 every month!!! Now if that isn't considered illegally praying on unexpecting, innocent as well as quite possibly even a little ingronant just as many innocent everyday people may be out there. Which is exactly why, if it already is not a crime it needs to be a crime to pray on these unexpecting people who have no choice but to trust what this person sitting in front of them trying to sell them a vehicle which they in of course get commission on...Thank you for reading, just trying to put the truth out there so people can make their own educated decisions. I bought a two year Tesla from Katie with Excellent Choice . I told them the issues after test drive were low and damaged front tire, climate control didn't work, and the right door didn't open and close smoothly. They gave me zero dollars off their low price for the issues and I thought well I'll take to Tesla to fix. The fixes were expensive and I had a screw in tire, found out car had been in accident which they lied about, the climate control needed new sensor and was $1700 to fix and the door wouldn't be fixable since was from accident damage. Told excellent choice on phone and emailed them and no response. Doesn't seem they care about customers after they get their money, nor do they inspect or know the vehicles they are selling. Go somewhere else.

Bobby did an amazing job helping me find a vehicle. I really felt at ease and appreciated the great customer service and friendly professionalism. He was very open and made it easy for me to ask questions without feeling any pressure. I appreciated the information he gave me, and even some really solid opinions were offered. He just eliminated any stress I was feeling about buying a car. If that wasn't enough, after the deal was done he casually mentions my new car comes with remote start. Something I have been dreaming about every winter for years. Serious icing on the cake. I love my new car! This has been the best car buying experience ever! Thank you, Bobby!

Came in to trade a car, and everyone was so nice and willing to listen and help! Teaghan was very honest and helpful on which car is good and reliable! Everyone there had such a positive attitude. They truly care about their customers. They will do all they can to help. I'd definitely recommend any friends or family to them, I have no regrets coming in! Definitely a 10/10 dealer ship. Everyone's great!
